I believe each of us has the strength and grit within ourselves to overcome adversity.
It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you discover your strength!
Maybe you feel…
-
Do you find yourself caught in a downward spiral of negativity? Maybe struggling to find enjoyment in the things you love most?
Together we can focus on understanding the root causes of your thoughts and emotions, building healthier thinking patterns, and developing practical tools to manage symptoms. Therapy might also explore past experiences, relationships, and lifestyle factors to support long-term emotional well-being and resilience.
-
Have you found yourself doubting your abilities? Maybe falling victim to imposter syndrome? So often we minimize our victories as the fear of not being enough causes us to magnify our struggles.
I believe you already have within you the tools to grow. Therapy offers a space to discover those tools, examine the roots of self-doubt, and challenge the beliefs that hold you back. Through a personalized and collaborative process, therapy supports you in building a strong foundation of lasting self-worth.

Grief is the emotional, physical, and psychological response we have when we lose something or someone meaningful. Most people associate it with death, but grief also shows up after changes like the end of a relationship, losing a job, moving, a major life transition, or even the loss of a future you imagined.
Together we can experience grief as its non-linear nature as it often comes in waves, sometimes gentle, sometimes overwhelming. It’s not something we “get over”; as it exists because we love but instead something we learn to live with as we integrate the loss into our lives.

EMDR, short for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is designed to help individuals heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It uses guided eye movements (or another form of “bilateral stimulation”) to encourage your brain to reprocess an event without re-traumatizing. it’s like having one foot in the present and one foot in the past. Over time, EMDR aims to support more adaptive thinking and emotional responses.
