Walk Club Counseling is an out-of-network provider. This means I do not accept insurance or communicate with your insurance company. However, you can use out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for sessions!

Each session is $160.

My goal, and my goal for you, with the consultation call is to answer any questions you may have and ensure that we are a good fit for each other.
We will talk briefly about what you hope to get out of counseling and possible directions we might take in your healing process.

We walk and talk! We can meet up at a park, trail, or even coffee shop. Grab some coffee if you want and head out for our session. There’s a handful of routes we can take and we’ll always confirm where we’re walking ahead of time. We can always stop and sit at a bench as well. The goal with walk-and-talk therapy is to combine the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the positive effects of physical movement and being outdoors. If you’re not a walker but still want to enjoy being outside and in-person, we can bring a blanket, lawn chairs, or sit on a park bench.
Confidentiality considerations are always discussed in the first session and are outlined in my intake forms paperwork.

Each session looks different for each person and each session might even look different for you! Initial/early sessions often consist of goal setting and exploring opportunities for growth, while later sessions may dive deeper into identifying patterns or developing healthy skills for daily life.
I will always check in with you at the beginning of sessions to ensure we focus on what you need from our time!
