walk club counseling?

Walk Club Counseling grew from the idea that therapy should be fun, engaging, and reflective of the things we value most. It challenges the traditional idea that therapy has to happen in a sterile office or fit neatly into a box. Instead, Walk Club counseling brings movement, nature, and conversation together - literally walking alongside clients to help them move forward emotionally, mentally, and physically.

It’s about creating a therapeutic experience that feels natural, flexible, and empowering. Whether we're walking through a park, along a trail, or just around the neighborhood, Walk Club Counseling is designed to make therapy more approachable, personal, and grounded in real life.
